If a person needs to return, exchange or cancel purchased item/s in the UAE, here is the information how to do it:
Sending an email to notify seller of the intent to return an item or items. Information must include name, items for return, and the reason for the return.
The seller will refund all qualifying returns to credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving the notice.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of seller error. In this case they will email a customer a return label to print out and use.
Seller will replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product. The buyer should email customer service as soon as possible, or call in case the buyer receives damaged or wrong products.
Items that qualify for our 30-day return policy:
Lets consider a make-up product as an example.
• Unused items, makeup or beauty care within 30 days of purchase.
• Used items, makeup or beauty care for which we do not offer samples providing it’s within the 30 days and less than 50% has been used.
• Unopened Items.
Items that are not returnable/refundable:
• Trial and Travel Kits
• Used items, makeup or beauty, available in samples
• Sale or Clearance items
• Gift Cards
If a buyer prefers to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount.
If returning an item, qualified as a “gift with purchase” offer, a buyer needs to return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from the refund.
For all returns that exceed the 30 day limit, a seller reserves the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at their discretion.
For that reason, shops strongly encourage customers to email them before returning product for a refund, to make sure they are eligible.
